• Significantly different from the product shown on our website

The return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned with their original packaging, tags, and invoice.

2. Non-Returnable Products

Returns will not be accepted for:

• Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer

• Products without original tags or packaging

• Products returned after 7 days of delivery

• Products purchased during a sale or special promotion, unless the product is defective or incorrect

3. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

• Your order number

• Clear photographs/videos of the product

• Photographs of the packaging and shipping label

Our team will review the request and provide the appropriate resolution.

4. Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method. The processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Exchange

Exchange requests are subject to product availability. If the requested product or size is unavailable, we may offer an alternative solution or refund, where applicable.

6. Return Shipping

If the return is due to a wrong, damaged, or defective product supplied by Sangee Fashion, we may arrange or reimburse the applicable return shipping cost.

For other eligible returns, return shipping charges may be the customer's responsibility.

7. Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests should be made as soon as possible after placing the order. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
